The contract

These terms apply to every purchase from canvas-wallart.com. Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy; the contract forms when we email your order confirmation. Prices include VAT where applicable.

Made to order

Every canvas is printed and stretched to order in the United Kingdom. Production normally takes 1–2 working days, with UK delivery in 3–5 working days from order. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates.

Returns and cancellations

You have 30 days from delivery to return a print in its original condition for a full refund — no reason needed. Because each canvas is made to order, return postage is your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or misprinted, in which case we cover all costs and replace or refund immediately. To start a return, email araltd@hotmail.com with your order number.

Damaged or faulty items

Photograph any damage within 48 hours of delivery and send it to us with your order number. We will dispatch a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Pricing and payment

Payment is taken at the time of order via Stripe. If a pricing error is obvious and unmistakable, we may cancel the order and refund you in full before dispatch.

Intellectual property

All artwork, imagery, and site content remain our property or that of our licensors. Purchase of a print conveys no reproduction rights.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud. Otherwise our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
