Who we are

Canvas Wall Art (“we”, “us”) operates canvas-wallart.com. We sell made-to-order canvas prints, produced and dispatched in the United Kingdom. For any privacy question, contact us at araltd@hotmail.com.

What we collect

• Order data — your name, email, shipping address, and phone number, used to produce and deliver your order.
• Payment data — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Account data — your email address if you create an account. We use passwordless magic-link sign-in, so we store no passwords.
• Cart data — a session cookie keeps your cart between visits for up to 30 days.

How we use it

We use your data to fulfil orders, send order confirmations and delivery updates, respond to support requests, and — only with your consent — send occasional marketing emails. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

Who we share it with

• Stripe — payment processing and tax calculation.
• Our print partner — receives your name and shipping address to produce and dispatch your order.
• Hosting providers — our website and database infrastructure (Vercel, Railway, Amazon Web Services), processing data within the UK/EU and US under standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies only: a cart session cookie and an account session cookie if you sign in. We do not run third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can withdraw marketing consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email. To exercise any right, email araltd@hotmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the ICO (ico.org.uk).

Retention

Order records are kept for six years to meet UK tax obligations. Abandoned cart data is deleted after 30 days. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it.
